Announcing The RAD Podcast!

ATTENTION EVERYONE.

I HAVE STARTED A PODCAST.

IT IS LIVE ON THE INTERNET FOR YOU TO LISTEN.

I am freaking out (a lot!!!) about this new development, and am thrilled to be launching it into the world! It’s long been a dream of mine to have my own podcast. I bought the equipment several years ago hoping that would help push me into making it happen, but I got distracted and busy and made excuses… until now.

The RAD Podcast is now a real thing!!!

The goal for this show is to have it be short and sweet (no more than 15 minutes), with a double meaning of the “RAD” — it’s both me (Rachel A. Dawson, clearly) and what the show is about… reading, action, and discussion.

I’ll share thoughts about what I’m reading, about books in general, etc., action steps related to health and healing and wholeness (things like taking a Sabbath! going on walks! setting screen time limits!), and topics for discussion (in hopes you’ll email or reply on social media and chime in).

IT’S ALREADY SO FUN.

I’m excited to have a new creative project to work on, and love that it has turned into an awesome partnership and collaboration with my incredibly talented brother, Drew. He’s the one who wrote and produced the music, and he handles taking my audio and whipping it up into an actual legit podcast, so I’m forever indebted to him for his talent and time. It’s so fun to do this with him, especially since we live across the country from each other now!

A few details…

You can find the podcast in Apple Podcasts (I’ve found it most easily by searching “Rachel A. Dawson”), or on Spotify, or on whatever other podcast app you like (Overcast is my favorite). You can also listen below, if that’s easier or you aren’t a podcast app person!

I’ll release episodes each Friday. The first real episode will come this Friday, Feb. 14!

Subscribers, ratings, and reviews help MASSIVELY when launching and running a podcast, so I’d be greatly appreciative if you’d subscribe wherever you listen to podcasts, and leave a rating and review once you’ve listened in. Seriously— thank you so much.

AHHHH. I can’t wait for you all to listen in — be sure to tell me what you think and send over any suggestions you might have for future episodes!

Until next time… stay rad, friends!
