episode 13: how EMDR therapy changed and saved my life
This week, I’m sharing the story of how EMDR therapy changed and saved my life. There’s such a clear before and after EMDR change in my life, and I’m so grateful for how it helped heal me. Note— this story covers sensitive and traumatic material, and some strong language, so it’s not one to listen to with little ones!
This is a story I wrote first, months after going through the experience, but it’s one that I wanted to have recorded to share it in a new way with you all. It’s my hope and prayer that stories like mine, told honestly and openly, will help others find new ways to step into greater hope and deeper freedom and truer healing, too.
