20 Books I've Loved and Found Helpful in My Faith Journey
if there’s one thing i can tell you about my faith, it’s that it’s always evolving. i think the old me might have been scared by that, desperate to cling to certainties and consistency, but i have come to find that there is so much beauty and freedom and life to be found in the ever-expanding family of god. the more i listen to diverse voices, the more i read, the more i have conversations with people who aren’t like me (and people who are), the more i experience life and nature and pain and joy, the more i just live, the more i find my faith deepening and shifting and changing. it’s beautiful.
some might call it deconstruction (and in many, many ways, it is!), but i see it more as renovation. some things need to be demolished, and torn up, and tossed out. some things are just fine how they are. some things need to be preserved. some things need new imagining.
