BLOG-TEMBER: How I De-Stress

I recently wrote a post about 15 little things to do to feel centered again, and it's still a list I come back to time and time again.

I'm no stranger to stress, and I've learned a lot in recent years about the things that help me combat those feelings and push forward into a healthier and happier state of mind. I'm grateful for a job where I love what I do and don't have major amounts of stress, but that's not to say it doesn't still creep in often. 

I've tried to think of a way I would write about this differently, but I just keep coming back to the same ideas I shared in that list... so I'll just let you hop right on over and read it for yourself. 

It starts like this...

These are the things that bring me back again, the things that restore a sense of calm, the things that remind me of what is good, of what is true, of what truly matters when things start to feel out of control.
